The suction nozzle inside the toilet bowl is splash-proof. Splashes from urine, stool, or flushing water during normal use do not affect operation. Its micro-hole design and long air channel keep liquid away from the motor, and repeated testing has confirmed this.

The parts outside the bowl, including the main unit and battery pack, are not designed to get wet. Do not splash, spray, or rinse them.

Yes. ODORUN is designed to keep running during flushing. This captures the odor stirred up by the flush and also helps reduce toilet plume, the fine aerosol droplets released into the air when a toilet is flushed.

The warranty covers splashes inside the toilet bowl from urine, stool, or flushing water during normal use. But it does not cover water damage to parts outside the bowl, such as the main unit or battery pack. Water on these parts can cause a short circuit or electrical damage.

Wipe them dry immediately, and let them air-dry completely before using the unit again.

Yes. Ordinary bathroom cleaning products and disinfecting wipes such as Clorox wipes are both fine. Avoid harsh or abrasive cleaners on the surface. For parts outside the bowl, wipe them clean. Do not spray or rinse them.

No. Routine care is simple:

• Suction nozzle: Brush it with a toilet brush at least once a month, the same way as the bowl. Let it air-dry before the next use. The nozzle can also be removed for deeper cleaning, or replaced if needed.
• Surface: Wipe with mild soap, warm water, and a soft cloth. For tough stains, use a powdered detergent, testing on a hidden area first.
• Annual deep cleaning: Once a year, disassemble and clean the main unit, suction unit, and ventilation hose, then reinstall. This helps maintain performance and lifespan.

The ANS-01PM comes with an extended 2 m (about 6.5 ft) cable and plugs into a 120 V GFCI outlet. If the outlet is farther away, there are three options:

• Short-to-mid term: Use a heavy-duty extension cord plugged into a GFCI-protected outlet, routed along the wall and away from water.
• Long term: Have an electrician install a GFCI outlet near the toilet.
• No outlet needed: Choose the ANS-01RM, the cordless model. It runs on a removable rechargeable battery and lasts about 4 weeks per charge.

A hand wave turns ODORUN on or off. Each cycle runs for 60 seconds, then shuts off automatically, and a wave stops it at any time. The 60 seconds is not the time needed to remove odor. ODORUN clears the bowl’s air in about 1 second, so odor is removed in real time during use. The cycle covers intermittent use during a single visit and the odor stirred up by flushing.

Currently, ODORUN is available in a right-side mounting version only. Left-side mounting requires only a left-hand suction unit, and the main unit and all other parts are the same. A left-hand version is planned.

No. Your toilet's built-in water seal keeps blocking sewer gas exactly as it always has — ODORUN doesn't change that. The main unit also includes a one-way valve, so ODORUN only adds a sealed, one-direction airflow path that pushes bowl air out into the vent system your plumbing already uses. Air only ever moves one way: out of your home.

ODORUN is a low-voltage (12V) device. The main unit is FCC certified, the battery pack is certified to UN38.3, and the charging adapter is UL certified.
