- Floor-outlet toilets — with exposed mounting bolts at the base
- Skirted toilets — with a side access cover of at least 2 3/4 in / 70 mm

- Wall-hung / wall-mounted toilets
- Rear-outlet / back-outlet toilets
- Toilets installed with an offset / relocation adapter
- Toilets with bidet attachments
- Tank curvature that prevents proper suction-unit fitment

- Is it floor-mounted?
The bowl sits on the floor and drains through the floor — not the wall, and not through an offset/relocation adapter. - Can you access the side mounting holes?
Most toilets show the two mounting bolts at the base. On skirted models, check for a side access cover instead. - Nothing in the way?
No bidet attachment, and the tank isn't curved in a way that blocks the suction unit.

INSTALLATION
It's not hard — just a bit more involved than a standard toilet swap, and takes about 2 hours. If you've got DIY experience, our install video plus any toilet-replacement tutorial on YouTube will get you there. But because it touches your plumbing, we recommend hiring a local plumber — typically $150–350, easy to find through local directories or apps like Yelp, Angi, or TaskRabbit.
